Natalie Beckwith

PARTNER, OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Partner and Operations Manager, Natalie endeavors to continuously improve the operations of the business while creating a great place to work and providing a great service to our community. Before entering the Design-Build world in 2017, Natalie worked in business/non-profit administration, business analysis, and program management, most recently in the healthcare tech industry. Natalie has a B.A. in Global Studies and International Affairs from Emmanuel College where she graduated with distinction in her field.

Natalie is passionate about people-focused business. She is always looking for ways to improve the way we operate as a team and the way we engage our clients and partners in building great projects. As Lewis Creek has grown and Natalie’s work has moved more behind the scenes, she has developed an interest in management coaching and organizational leadership principles.

Natalie was born and raised in Burlington. She currently lives in Huntington with her husband and business partner, Chris, their son, Leo, Natalie’s mom, Beth-Ann, and anywhere from 10-30 chickens at a time. She enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, canning/preserving, and all things homesteading.
 

Did you know?

If Natalie could have a superpower, it would be the ability to teleport from one place to another over great distances. Travel without the long flights!

Natalie won a contest for best penmanship in the first grade, and her handwriting has not improved since.

 

Natalie has always wanted to learn falconry.
