Natalie has worn nearly every ‘hat’ at Lewis Creek over the years. As the organization has grown and her work has moved more behind the scenes, she endeavors to continuously improve the way we operate as a team and the way we engage our clients and partners in building great projects. Before entering the Design-Build world, Natalie worked in non-profits and in healthcare software/technology where she focused on business operations, research and analysis, and program management. Natalie has a B.A. in Global Studies and International Affairs from Emmanuel College, with a minor in Sociology.

 

Natalie is passionate about people-focused business. She loves that as a co-owner of Lewis Creek she is able to apply her skillset to help provide a great place to work AND help people love and care for their homes. 

 

Natalie was born and raised in Burlington. She currently lives in Huntington with her husband and business partner, Chris, their son, Natalie’s mom, and anywhere from 10-30 chickens at any given time. Natalie enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, canning/preserving, and all things homesteading. When she’s not home or at work, Natalie gravitates to the water (ocean, lake, or river) and will swim no matter how cold it is.
